A unique case presented for treatment:
A. Several incisors exhibited anterior crossbite.
B. Tooth # 7 was congenitally missing and tooth #8 erupted in site #7.
C. Tooth #10 was congenitally missing. A retained deciduous tooth was present in site #10.
D. A supernumerary incisor erupted in site #8. Tooth #6 and 11 were rotated.
E. The skeletal relationship was a Class III.
Several treatment options were considered before deciding on the following treatment plan:
#6-11 Interproximal reduction
#6-11 Align and space for golden proportions
#22-27 Interproximal reduction and retraction to minimize the Class III dental relationship
#10 Replace the retained deciduous tooth with a dental implant and porcelain crown
#6,7,8,9,11 Porcelain veneers
Treatment goals were:
Correction of the anterior crossbite
Achieve golden proportions for the maxillary anteriors
Whiter teeth

Fig 5: Extraction deciduous #10, immediate placement and loading of dental implant. Torquing the upper incisors and retracting the lower incisors to correct the anterior crossbite.
