Incisor
Fig 1: A 30 year old gold crown was removed from an endodontically treated lower incisor. A titanium post was inserted.
Fig 2: A custom porcelain crown was fabricated to resemble the adjacent teeth. Anatomy was carved and stain applied to blend with the natural teeth.
Fig 3: Against the lip line, the porcelain crown is practically indistinguishable from the natural teeth.
