Anterior Sagittal Appliance
Fig 1: An eight year old female presented with an anterior crossbite and a collapsed vertical dimension.
Fig 2: An Anterior Sagittal Appliance was fabricated to correct the anterior crossbite and restore the proper vertical dimension.
Fig 3: The anterior crossbite and the vertical dimension are corrected. The spaces between the upper and lower posterior teeth will allow for proper growth and eruption of the dentition.

Fig 6: The corrections improve the appearance of the patient by improving the concave and thin upper lip.
